YoBaby Yogurt

My little man is a chunk. seriously.
He's got rolls in places you've never thought of having rolls.
Why does he have rolls on top of rolls on top of rolls?
Food. He LOVES food. so far he hasn't met a food he doesnt really like.
(Well maybe prunes. But who likes prunes? And he still ate them. hehe)
So when I was given the opportunity to review YoBaby yogurt, I jumped at it!
As a mom, I want to feed my son the healthiest food I can!

YoBaby yogurt is the ONLY yogurt created specially for babies, made without the use of antibiotics, synthetic growth hormones, and toxic, persistent pesticides. 100% organic. It can be introduced as early as 6 months old!
Stonyfield’s YoBaby line of organic yogurts is celebrating its 10th birthday this year by reformulating YoBaby so that it includes vitamin D and zinc, known to boost immunity and promote the development of strong bones and teeth. YoBaby is also going GREEN! They recently changed their packaging to prevent almost 17,000 lbs of packaging a year from going to landfills. We were sent free product coupons in order to try YoBaby and found it at our local Walmart. (Kroger did not carry it.) As Caden is not yet 6 months I did not give it to him, but tried it myself and really liked it. I definitely plan to feed Caden it when he is the recommended age!

There are currently FOUR YoBaby products to choose from:
~YoBaby Original Yogurt: YoBaby yogurt comes in delicious flavors little ones love, which means parents love them, too. Choose from three different combo packs, each with 2 flavors in convenient 4-ounce cups.
~YoBaby Simply Plain: The perfect first yogurt, for babies six months and older. With no added sugar, fruits, or flavors, Simply Plain is ideal for easing your little one's transition from breast milk or formula to solid food.
~YoBaby Plus Fruit and Cereal with DHA or Iron: Over half of all babies and toddlers don't get the recommended daily amount of iron they need. YoBaby Plus Fruit & Cereal with Iron provides 30% of your little one's RDI for Iron in a delicious yogurt with fruit and cereal puree on the bottom. Our new YoBaby Plus Fruit & Cereal with DHA provides your little one with a natural fatty acid essential for baby's mental and visual development in the first years of life.
~YoBaby Drinkable Yogurts: all the good stuff on the go! And, it work great in sippy cups!

The great team at YoBaby has offered product for a giveaway, so that you might get to try YoBaby too!One Lucky Winner will win a prize pack that contains:

I learned this: Stonyfield Farm was the first dairy processor in the nation to pay farmers a premium to not use rBST. Now everything we make is organic. And, since strict organic standards prohibit the use of artificial growth hormones, all of our organic products are produced without the use of rBST, too.
In recent years, a growing number of other producers, retailers and consumers – General Mills, Dannon, Wal-Mart, Publix, to name a few – have listened to consumers and joined us in rejecting milk from treated cows.

What is rBST?
Sold under the brand name “Posilac,” rBST is a synthetic version of bovine growth hormone, a natural protein produced by the pituitary gland of cattle. Dairy experts estimate that rBST boosts milk production by 10 to 25 percent. The hormone is not used for any therapeutic purpose in animals, and its use has been banned in Canada and the EU.
According to the FDA, no significant difference has been shown, and no test can now distinguish between milk from rBST treated cows and untreated cows.
