Christmas In July Day 1: Dropps Laundry Pacs

****GIVEAWAY IS NOW CLOSED****

WELCOME TO CHRISTMAS IN JULY!!

I am all about easy. When you have a five month old boy, you don't want to do anything the hard (or long) way.

Frozen dinners? CHECK!
2-in-1 shampoo/ conditioner? CHECK
QUICK load of laundry?....
WAIT A MINUTE! Who ever does a quick load of laundry?!?!
I do now, thanks to Dropps laundry pacs!
Dropps are a small dissolving pack of laundry detergent that you just toss in the washer with your clothing. No heavy jug, no sticky mess.
Everything a mom dreams of right?
They also frequent the dreams of the green scene!
They are phosphate-free, chlorine-free and NPE-free! They also use less water, less plastic, and leave less mess in landfills! Talk about a smaller footprint!

The team at Dropps was kind enough to send me both the fresh scent and the dye + scent free pacs to try. (There is also a baby detergent pac!) Try them I did! I threw in a HUGE load of C-Bugs clothes in my top load washer with a couple of the dye + scent free pacs. I also threw a HUGE load of towels in my moms front-loader with two of the fresh scent pacs to compare!

I love them! It was soo easy peasy. I'm OCD about laundry detergent mess. I cannot stand the stickiness of it spilling over the cup, or when any is left in the lid! I ALWAYS have to stand there and rinse the lid out after I pour the detergent in. This cut out that time! Also no big bulky bottle sitting on my dryer! These are actually pretty cute! Also the clothes came out looking like any other detergent I use. No residue was left, just a nice clean (mild) scent!

I learned that since Dropps packaging is lighter than the normal jugs that it will save millions of gallons of gas to transport them as well as leave less in a landfill. I have never thought of this before and love that they are doing that!
